THE FOUR ELEMENTS OF OUR PROGRAM
FITNESS. The primary focus and benefit of
each Kickboxing Class isFitness. The
classes are designed to help the student lose weight, build muscle
and transform their body. Additionally, each class is designed to
challenge the student's cardiovascular fitness and raise their level of
conditioning.
SAFETY. The next element of Kickboxing
is Safety. Mature adults have different needs
than teens and children. Each Kickboxing Class is designed to
protect the students' knees, ankles, back and neck. There
is no bouncing, jumping, spinning, flying, or contact with other students
in our Basic Kickboxing Course. We understand that our students have
jobs, families and responsibilities. We protect our students from injury

Muay Thai Kickboxing: Referred to as the "Science of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai has existed for centuries as a fighting art and uses knees and elbow strikes in addition to punches and kicks. The conditioning routines of Thai boxing are some of the most effective known in all of Martial Arts.
Boxing: Often reffered to as "Western Boxing." Boxers are some of the best conditioned athletes in the entire world. World Class Instructors – Our instructional staff consists of Professional Martial Artists who have each been training and teaching for a minimum of 10 years. Each instructor holds a minimum rank of 2nd degree Black Belt and has been certified to teach Martial Arts. No Ranking Whatsoever – Many schools that offer Kickboxing or Mixed Martial Arts offer no ranking system to track students' progress. Some schools cite the fact that traditionally, rank belts are not issued for Martial Arts such as Kickboxing. In reality, without the structure of a ranking system instructors are free to teach whatever they want whenever they want instead of being held accountable to their students. Joe Lewis, "Father of American Kickboxing" was the first to issue the coveted Black Belt in the Martial Art of Kickboxing and many organizations have since adopted some type of formal ranking.

Inadequate or Dirty Facility – If you are going to learn self-defense or martial arts, you are going to need certain things. For instance, for striking you will need heavy bags, punch mitts, and a fully padded floor. If there isn't proper equipmentl - then you can't properly learn how to strike. Mats are usually not a problem... the problem is that most gyms don't clean them! There are even some gyms that clean their mats only once a week with a wet towel, if at all! The gym needs to be sanitary for your health and it also must contain the necessary training tools to give you exactly what you need.
Flexible Hours of Operation – We currently offer classes at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. timeslots during the week in addition to our Saturday morning class.

We're Closed! – A lot of martial arts schools only offer classes for adults late at night (9:00 p.m. or later!). And many schools do not offer classes on Saturday.
